Family Enhancement Collaborative 
 
Composed of YSB, Contra Costa Employment &
Human Services, the Family Stress Center & EMQ
Familiesfirst, this program has provided Kinship
services (Kinship Mentoring Program) to families
in West County since 1995. 
 
All That Collaborative
 
Consisting of the YMCA & the Early Childhood Mental
Health Program, this Collaborative is committed to
promoting the development of stronger families
in the Coronado Community through Teen to Women
classes.
 
Building Blocks for Kids Collaborative
 
The goal of this collaborative is to support the healthy
development & education of children & self-sufficiency
of families by engaging the Iron Triangle community,
block by block.

Early Periodic Screening & Diagnostic Testing
Wraparound Services

 Mentally Ill Offender Criminal Reduction Program (MIOCR)

 MIOCR consists of a collaboration of the Probation
Department, Contra Costa Health Service Department -
Mental Health Division, and YSB.  Wraparound services
are provided to Probation referred clients who have a
mental health diagnosis.
 
 
West County Community Collaborative (EPSDT)

Collaborating with Contra Costa Health Service Department
Mental Health Division & Juvenile Division of the County
Probation Department, EPSDT is committed to increasing
the independence of family services by providing
comprehensive individualized mental health & human
services specifically tailored for youth & their families.
 
 
West Contra Costa Unified School District (EPSDT II)

A "needs driven" collaborative consisting of the WCCUSD,
Bay Area Community Resources (BACR), Community Health for
Asians (CHAA), YSB and the YMCA, mental health services are
provided to children and families with multiple problems who
are referred by school-based Therapists.
 
 
The Children, Youth & Families in Transition Project (CYFIT)

This program provides wraparound services
to youth (& their families) who are transitioning
from the Orin Allen Youth Rehabilitation Facility (0AYRF)
back to their communities.
